​Food/Beverage Vendor REGISTRATION

September 26, 2022 • Wynlakes Golf & Country Club • Montgomery

Participating as a vendor will expose your business to 100+ players and the tournament is open to the public. You will have a chance to interact with each attendee.

VENDOR EXPOSURE:
  • All vendors are listed in the program
  • All vendors are listed on the ARHA website and social media
  • Acknowledgment in other promotional communications
  • Publicity from being involved with charitable event

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • No charge for vendor booths (FREE)​
  • Participating vendors provide a sampling or “taste” of your restaurant’s cuisine (or in the case of a non-restaurant vendor, your product or beverage).
  • Vendors will need to prepare approximately 100 samples.
  • Vendors are expected to be present on the day of the event to serve the food.
  • Electricity will not be provided (all vendors will be on the course). 
  • Vendors must be set up on assigned hole by 10 am
