FOOD SAFETY IS NOT ONLY IMPORTANT, IT IS THE LAW. 
Effective January 2020, the Alabama Department of Public Health will require that a person in charge with a Food Protection Manager certification must be present at the food establishment during all times of operation. 

ServSafe® is approved by the State of Alabama.

WHAT IS SERVSAFE®?

ServSafe® training empowers you and your employees to protect against food-borne illness outbreaks which will minimize insurance cost, reduce liability risks, and improve food quality.

ServSafe® training and certification is recognized by more federal, state and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification. 

ARHA members receive a discount on ServSafe® training and materials.

Proctor Fees
: $0 members / $50 non-members
(Must have online exam voucher - cost is $36 if needed)

  • ​You will receive the results of your exam immediately upon completion.
  • You will have two  hours to complete the exam.​
