ServSafe Training
ServSafe® Manager Training provides in-depth training, blending the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety.

- Certification is valid statewide for 5 years.
- Workbooks are available in English or Spanish.

ONLINE COURSES
As an option, individuals can purchase online training/exam products available at ServSafe.com. Fees for online training and exam are separate; visit ServSafe.com to purchase online ServSafe® Manager products. ServSafe uses a third-party company, ProctorU.com, for online exam proctoring. It's recommended you first check the requirements for online proctoring to ensure eligibility. Watch a video of the online proctoring experience to see if this a good option for you. |

FOOD SAFETY IS NOT ONLY IMPORTANT, IT IS THE LAW.
