AL Hospitality Workers Relief Fund
The AL Hospitality Workers Relief Fund was created in March 2020 to provide emergency assistance to hospitality workers in our state facing hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic, through financial support from the community and our business partners.
Over $100,000 was raised to benefit the AL Hospitality Workers Relief Fund aimed to help those who had wages reduced due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Eligible applicants (restaurant and lodging employees) received $300 individual grants to provide financial relief during the COVID-19 shutdown last spring.
