ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam
Full course and examination for foodservice managers, owners, operators, F&B directors, chefs, line cooks, kitchen managers, dietary managers, dieticians and others who need food safety training and certification.
Each participant will receive the 6th Edition, ServSafe® Essentials – with Exam Answer Sheet book. Confirmation with course book will be shipped via UPS 24 to 48 hours after payment and registration are received.
Cost Includes: Day of instruction, 5th edition ServSafe Essentials with answer sheet text book and certification exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, students will receive the National Restaurant Association Solutions ServSafe certificate. Certificates will be mailed 2 to 3 weeks after the course date.

This one-day seminar is ideal for those who have passed the ServSafe® Manager’s Certification with a minimum score of 75% on the instructor examination and want to teach and encourage other employees and students to follow safe food handling procedures. Note: Only for positional ServSafe instructors.
Each participant will receive the ServSafe® Complete Instructor Toolkit, 5th Edition. Toolkit includes the ServSafe® Instructor CD-ROM, ServSafe® Instructor Guide, ServSafe® Essentials and Course Book. Tool kits will be delivered on the day of the course. Participants may also select to take the Train-the-Trainer course without any materials for a fee of $150.00.
