Food/Beverage Vendor REGISTRATION

September 23, 2024 • Wynlakes Golf & Country Club • Montgomery

Participating as a vendor will expose your business to 100+ players and the tournament is open to the public. You will have a chance to interact with each attendee.

VENDOR EXPOSURE:

All vendors are listed in the program
All vendors are listed on the ARHA website and social media
Acknowledgment in other promotional communications
Publicity from being involved with charitable event

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

No charge for vendor booths (FREE)
Participating vendors provide a sampling or “taste” of your restaurant’s cuisine (or in the case of a non-restaurant vendor, your product or beverage).
Vendors will need to prepare approximately 100 samples.
Vendors are expected to be present on the day of the event to serve the food.
Electricity will not be provided (all vendors will be on the course).
Vendors must be set up on assigned hole by 10 am
